The Cincinnati Veterinary Medical Association is proud to be the premier continuing education provider, networking facilitator and professional association for nearly 200 veterinarians in the greater Cincinnati region. Veterinarians across the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region look to the CVMA for high-quality programming and information. CVMA members are leaders in their field and their community and trusted by thousands of families, employ thousands of people, and represent a valuable demographic sector in our community.
As we continue to increase the visibility of the CVMA and its members through new technologies and increased participation at CVMA meetings, now is the time to consider your company’s relationship with the CVMA!

CVMA 2011-2012 Special Events
CVMA sponsors several events each year with lots of opportunities to meet and network with CVMA members!
2011 Fall Short Course
Annual Fall event draws nationally known speakers to the greater Cincinnati area!
Date: Sunday, October 23, 2011
Speaker: Todd Tams, DVM, DACVIM

Option 1: Short Course Speaker Sponsor: $1000
- Listing as speaker sponsor in all advertising and onsite materials related to the Fall Short Course
- Introduce the speaker morning of Oct. 23
- Booth in Expo
Option 2: Short Course Breakfast Sponsor: $1500
- Listing as meal sponsor in all advertising and onsite materials related to the Fall Short Course
- Opportunity to provide one small giveaway item at each seat in the lecture hall
- Booth in Expo
Option 3: Short Course Lunch Sponsor: $2500
- Listing as meal sponsor in all advertising and onsite materials related to the Fall Short Course.
- Opportunity to provide one small giveaway at each seat in lunch/lecture hall
- Opportunity to provide a 10 minute presentation at lunch break
- Booth in Expo
Community Service Events:
Spring Guide Dog Event (TBD, May 2012) and the Annual Fall Police/Search and Rescue Dog Event (TBD)
CVMA members support the community by providing free exams to assistance dogs and police/search and rescue dogs each year.
Option 1: Exam Sponsor $500--Sponsor the exams for the dogs
- Listing and mention of sponsor name in all advertising and press materials related to the event.
- ½ page ad in April CVMA newsletter (for Guide Dog Event) or November CVMA newsletter (For Police/Search and Rescue event)

Option 2: Breakfast Sponsor: $250--Sponsor breakfast for volunteers and those waiting for their exam appointment
Business Sponsor Opportunities
Geared to those whose work supports the successful business operation of a veterinary practice, such as banks, insurance, and other related (non-veterinary) industries.

Cost varies. CVMA has opportunities for those wishing to reach CVMA members, including a monthly newsletter, a newly revamped website, and the annual directory. For full information, please see the current ad guidelines and costs.
- Booth at Fall Short Course Expo (October 23, 2011)

One table at the Fall Short Course. Each year CVMA hosts dynamic veterinary researchers and practitioners to present the latest information in the field. The event draws approximately 75-100 local veterinarians.
- Booth at a Tuesday Night CE Event
$250
CVMA hosts Tuesday Night CE for its members in January, March, May, September, and November. One booth is available per meeting, adjacent to the lecture room/registration table. Each event draws 40-50 CVMA members.
