CVMA members volunteer at many events and clinics across the Tri-State to support the needs local organizations.
Service Dog Clinic
Each Spring, CVMA and the ACVO support the annual Service Dog clinic.
This event provides a free Ophthalmologic examination for Service and Therapy dogs in the greater Cincinnati tri-state area. If you have any clients with service or therapy dogs, please have them contact Dr. Susanna Hinkle Schwartz at schwartz.susanna@gmail.com for more information.
Registration forms for the Spring 2012 event will be available in April 2012.
18th Annual Canine Corps

CVMA is again proud to sponsor the annual Canine Corps Health Fair. The event was held at the UC Blue Ash College (formerly Raymond Walters) on December 18, 2011 from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
This event provides a valuable free health screening to police, search and rescue, and other working canines in law enforcement. Each dog will receive a general physical exam and bloodwork followed by an exam performed by specialists most likely in internal medicine, surgery-orthopedics, dermatology, ophthalmology, dentistry, and a hearing screening.
